Vancouver's real estate market is one of the most competitive in the world. Oakwyn Realty agents are among the city's best — but their online presence wasn't telling that story. Profile photos, basic headshots, and the occasional phone clip weren't cutting through.

In a market where buyers and sellers vet agents on Instagram before they ever make a call, the content gap costs real money. Agents needed video that did the heavy lifting before the first conversation ever happened — positioning them as the obvious choice before a single DM was sent.

How We Did It

Story Strategy

Before a single shot was planned, we worked through the StoryBrand framework with the agent — clarifying who their client is, what that client wants, and how the agent positions themselves as the guide (not the hero) in the transaction. This shapes every word of copy and every frame we shoot.

Shot Design for Conversion

We planned the shoot around how the content would actually be used — website hero, listing presentations, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn. Every shot had a home before we arrived on set. No wasted footage, no scrambling in post.

Full Production Day

One day. Interview segments, b-roll across the agent's market area, and lifestyle content built to feel like Vancouver — not a generic property reel. We handle everything: lighting, audio, direction, and keeping the schedule tight.

Post, Cut, Deploy

Edit, colour, music, and final delivery in platform-ready formats. Long-form for website. Short-form vertical cuts for social. Everything sized and exported correctly so the agent (or their VA) can drop it straight in — no extra steps.
